| Dave Kraninger received a BSME from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He has over 35 years of experience in the heavy equipment market environment, working in engineering, sales, international marketing, and general management. Dave was also president of a subsidiary of a Fortune 500 organization. During his career, Kraninger has led several strategic initiatives, some of which focused on evaluating core competencies, improving product margins, and reorganizing a business to reduce queue time and improve through put. In two of these initiatives, he defined the scope and involved the services of the McKensey Company and Arthur D. Little organizations. Dave is exceptional at analyzing situations, developing outstanding options for improvement, and effectively implementing solutions.
